Mobile RV Repair

I sincerely hope to keep at least one person from dealing with the massive headache that comes from taking your rv to Wendy and Carl [redacted]. We dropped our rv off and went over a list of 13 items that needed to be repaired. We were told by [redacted] that our rv would take approximately 3 weeks to do the warranty work. At 3 weeks NO WORK had been done. We were constantly lied to about why things weren't getting done and most of the finger pointing was at the manufacturer. We contacted the manufacturer and got them involved only to find out most of our repair list had never even been submitted for approval. Once the manufacturer contacted the [redacted] we were advised to go pick up our rv and take it to another repair shop. In all they had our rv 1 day short of 12 weeks. Of the 13 items they were supposed to repair 4 were repaired and 1 new item was added to our list due to damage while in the Hambricks' shop. I lost count of the number of times we were lied to. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
