Review: Based upon seller's published "Terms of Sale," which clearly states, "SETTING UP AND USING THE SOFTWARE ACCOMPANYING THIS LICENSE INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS." I submitted my VISA Debit Card to examine the seller's internet business opportunity. By the following morning (Nov 22, 2014) I had already discovered several untrue statements made by [redacted] in his pre-recorded internet webinar sales presentation. I sent [redacted] an email with my concerns and requested his immediate reply. None came and the following day I checked with my bank and learned that a third party had processed the charge. I contacted them (Rockstarpowersuite.com) by telephone and by email without any reply. In the Terms, it states that the software is owned by Wallace Properties, but I could not find where they are from or other information. The Terms also state that another company, Infusionsoft.com has som involvement that requires they have permanent access to my email but without further explanation. I called my bank and asked them to dispute the charge and to close the account because it appeared they had tried to charge an additional $497. I have sent 7-8 emails to the address I have, but all are ignored. Finally, I sent an email to [redacted] cancelling any further involvement and requesting a refund. After no response, I sent another and finally I sent a certified letter demand for refund. I have retained all emails, evidence of prior scams by [redacted] and demand letters.Desired Settlement: Full Refund without further delay.

Review: I purchased the Instagram Cash Blueprint Program from Mobile-Social Blueprint. One part of the program is that it includes a software crawler program. This software crawler program would search through the social website Instagram and find #hashtags similar to the niche I would create on my own Instagram page. This would increase the amount of followers I would have on my own Instagram page. However, Instagram has banned the use of crawler programs making this software useless. Another part of the program is to place ads supplied by this program on your Instagram page and get your followers to click on it and fill out their personal information for a lottery. There are a couple of these ads, but the biggest ones are for [redacted]’s. The links for these ads have to go through a URL shortener on one of [redacted]’s website’s. When you place the shortened ad link into [redacted] itself it comes back with an error message siting that this ad is against their ethics policies. The ads also get rejected by Instagram siting it is against their ethics policies. The ad was also rejected by a company called [redacted], a website that places your ads on the internet (recommended by Instagram Cash Blueprint). Therefore, making these ads useless. Lastly the photographs for my niche were supposed to be just for me, but I have seen them on other Instagram pages, making them generic. I had problems getting in touch with the help desk, my emails would not get answered for long periods of time if at all. I also noticed that the owner has changed his name. He has gone by [redacted], and by [redacted]. I have found several different complaint websites that have listed this man and his company for fraud. One of them is your own Revdex.com site San Diego, CA. Here is a list of the links that I have found on the internet.

[redacted] an entire page dedicated to this problem:

I also stumbled upon another company started by [redacted] in July 2014. It is called the [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of $2291.00. Thank you.
