I had to borrow money so I could purchase another phone, in turn I have to pay that person back, I am not richI have still not been contacted from them till this day, I would have been without a phone for more then a month, I have children I need to have open lines at all timesHe deals with phone companies all the time he should be able to get a credit for the phone or resell iti dot want the phoneI don't need new phonesi just want a refund and I will never patronize the business again

Review: I purchased a samsung galaxy phone from mobile solutions. I had the phone for a week and I ran into issues. One night the phone died on me so I removed the sim card and placed it into my old cell phone. Once the new phone was charged back up I went to place the sim card in to the phone and at that point I was getting no service. I went back to the store and told them what happened they told me to call Samsung and they would send me another phone since I had a company warranty. I called Samsung they told me they couldnt help me since I brought a unlocked phone and they told me to call T-Mobile since that was the service I had. T-Mobile didn't see anything wrong with my service so I went back to the store and told the [redacted] the problem wasn't resovled . he then tells me he could fix the phone for me. I said I just want my money back. Which he refused. He said I'll fix it for free. I was stuck I just purchased a phone for $300 and I didn't have money for another one so I left the phone. He said it would take 7 days and he would give me a call. I waited 2 weeks went to the store and the [redacted] tells me its not ready yet. Again I asked for my money back. Again he refused. I waited another week and went back again to be told again that my phone isn't ready. Its been over a month now and I still haven't heard anything about my phone.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back.

He deals with phone companies all the time he should be able to get a credit for the phone or resell it.. I dot want the phone. I don't need 2 new phones. I just want a refund and I will never patronize the business again..
