Thank you for addressing this for ***The customer inspected the window repair, payed for repair and thanked us for the repair It was not until now we heard of any complaints to the vehicle conditionWe are unable to respond to the customers complaintsOur staff is not reasonable for any vehicle conditions, items left in vehicle or drivability issues The window was broken and stuck in postion for several weeks, customer informed usIt is possible damages may have a cured during that time or other possibilities Old window tint can be easily damaged by a broken window Again, thank you for inquiring on the customers behalfWe respect the customer noticing it and bring it to our attention We will work harder on the next job so this does not happen again MobileTech

Revdex.com, *** *** corrected the sum from $as he sent to us in text message, $to Revdex.com, and changed it again to $Will this amount change again? Yes, *** *** changed it back to $reporting this amount to the Credit Company.
As for the charges, they have been approved by *** along with the repairs needed to complete the order.
The first charge of $is a diagnostic service charge for " Diagnostic check engine light on " The second charge that is not being disputed by *** could not take place if the first service charge did not take placeMeaning: We would need to find the problem first, [ this is the first charge $] then repair the problemSecond charge[ undisputed]
*** is not disputing the repair cost so my question is: how did we know what to repair without a diagnostic service for the vehicle?
We find to many inconsistent remarks from *** ***Recently *** has added a charge dispute of $to our credit supplierThis has not been added to the Revdex.com why?

complaints in his statement letter..The heading complaint is billing or collections so I'll start there.As I review the letter written by Mr***, I understand the major complaint is: Mr*** feels he was charged twice for the same service.We can help Mr*** with his complaint by him providing the receipts and invoice numbers for the [2] charges in question.We do not have a record of [2] charges for $made on the same day or on different days charged to Mr***There is not even [1] charge in our records for Mr*** for $10.We have a similar charge amount but only [1] charge to Mr*** invoice number Date 1010312015We would like to address Mr*** statements in his letter to help the Revdex.com with his complaint.1.No persons named Mark in ownership or staff member at Mobile Tech.2.Prices we offer are guided by automd.com, Chilton, auto repair market prices.3.There are no charges of $in our records charged to Mr***.4.We do not list a cancellation insurance in any of our ads, orunderstand what this means.Also our lead auto tech received several text messages from Mr***: Dated 1011312015Mr*** *** sent text messages from phone number *** ***1.Quote: " I'm calling the police departmentI also have a wide sphere of influence on SM and2.I'm the last person on earth you want to piss off especially working in the industry I do.3.Alright, you wanna play hard ball with a legal Aid? Lets play hard ball." I am rejecting this response because:  Window was never broken--the motor sometimes would fail, but worked intermittenatly.  Window was never stuck in down position and was fully closed when he began work.  Their response that this was the first they heard of the complaint is not true, because within 15 to 20 minutes after the  technician left, I called him with complaint about the tinting and he denied any wrong doing, refused to come look at vehicle and hung up on me.
