I order products on August 7, and as of today's date, September 19, 2018, I have not received the products I ordered
I sent text messages and left messages on their website on the following days regarding receiving my purchases: I sent text messages on August 27, at 2:pm (CST) and on August 31, 11:am (CST); and I never received a response or replyI then sent messages on their website on my login account on September 13, at 1:pm and on September 4, at 5:pm, and have yet to receive a response, reply or shipment of my productI also have a copy of an email notice that was sent to me from Magnolia Makeup on August 27, stating my product has been shipped through USPS with Tracking a tracking number, but when I track this number it states the following:
