OMG, this company was EXTREMELY awesome!!! I ordered a phone from them on behalf of someone else. When it arrived it was not working correctly. My first instinct was to be annoyed. This is an online establishment and I thought surely I would have nothing but a hassle. To my surprise it was exactly the opposite. They were responsive, attentive and took responsibility for fixing the problem in a timely manner. I was saddened and surprised by their C(+/-) rating. This company is an "A" in my book.
