[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response If you wish, you may update it before sending it.] Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, I am only "accepting" the response from the school because I do not want to receive any further communication from them It is clear to me that they do not understand the issue, and that they will not change As I said in my original complaint, my issue is the fact that the school claims it is their "policy" that they will not pay for the State Board testing fee until a student graduates This "policy" is NOT specifically mentioned in my contract nor is it in the student handbook When I met with Sue, I was fine with the decision because I was tired of arguing about it Before I met with her, I met with Jessica (school admissions/administrator) and I was very upset about this issue and argued that the school's "policy" is not right Yes, I was reimbursed for the testing fee upon my graduation But I shouldn't have even had to pay for it in the first place I was out $for about a month That is not right Their "policy" is not right My experience with the school has been terrible Their contract is terribly written and the school is terribly run I spent six months teaching myself They ran out of supplies all the time and took forever to get more supplies in They didn't provide a makeup kit for use on clients until a few weeks before I graduated, which was useless to me since I had already built MY OWN kit to use on clients for the five months previous And this student "kit" that is in my contract wasn't explained to me until my final week at the school The fact that I wouldn't be receiving a physical kit, the fact that a kit doesn't even EXIST, should have been communicated to me and all other students before we even started at the school I will not be recommending this school to anyone

[redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Regards,
I am only "accepting" the response from the school because I do not want to receive any further communication from them.  It is clear to me that they do not understand the issue, and that they will not change.  As I said in my original complaint, my issue is the fact that the school claims it is their "policy" that they will not pay for the State Board testing fee until a student graduates.  This "policy" is NOT specifically mentioned in my contract nor is it in the student handbook.  When I met with Sue, I was fine with the decision because I was tired of arguing about it.  Before I met with her, I met with Jessica (school admissions/administrator) and I was very upset about this issue and argued that the school's "policy" is not right.  Yes, I was reimbursed for the testing fee upon my graduation.  But I shouldn't have even had to pay for it in the first place.  I was out $400 for about a month.  That is not right.  Their "policy" is not right.  My experience with the school has been terrible.  Their contract is terribly written and the school is terribly run.  I spent six months teaching myself.  They ran out of supplies all the time and took forever to get more supplies in.  They didn't provide a makeup kit for use on clients until a few weeks before I graduated, which was useless to me since I had already built MY OWN kit to use on clients for the five months previous.  And this student "kit" that is in my contract wasn't explained to me until my final week at the school.  The fact that I wouldn't be receiving a physical kit, the fact that a kit doesn't even EXIST, should have been communicated to me and all other students before we even started at the school.  I will not be recommending this school to anyone.
