point out that we did not refuse to refund the customer. We requested the opportunity for the owner to see the damages, resolve or repair as required in these situations. Since the pictures our project manager took did not show or reveal the issues she was explaining.We did not learn of her concerns until the all work was completed on the final stage of her project with exterior work. We learned that due some confusion she decided not to meet with the owner and then reached out again later using an inactive email address. Losing our ability to prevent her complaint to the Revdex.com. Since the intercession of the Revdex.com and learning that she is interested in allowing us to review and correct as needed. We have met with her and have scheduled to address her concerns.We do feel this complaint is premature and unjust due to the fact we were not given the opportunity to access her concerns and address her needs. I do feel the misunderstanding and the change in email address play a key role in her need for assistance in getting what she needed. We only wish she would of called us, we are always eager to make our customers happy. We are currently scheduled for Wednesday the 10" of May to make the necessary corrections.
