keys), the keyboard was defective and needed to be replaced. We have contacted the customer and told him the issue and he gave us the confirmation to replace the part. He also wanted to restore the computer. The total charge were $65 for the keyboard. The software reload was no charge. Both repair usually runs around $130. In this case we only charged him for the keyboard $65. For the restoration and reinstallation  of software + drivers was free of charge!Afterward the repair were done and contacted the customer to pick up the laptop. He came to pick up the laptop and showed him what part was done, he tested the keyboard, the software and surfed the compute to see if everything was in good condition. Satisfied with the work we have done, paid the services and left the store satisfied. He came back saying that the compute is broken and without a question, we told we would investigate and contact him back with our finding. 1. The customer tested and was satisfied with the work. He left the store premises and come back (he could have broken the piece and trying to blame us)2. The replacement of the keyboard is on the main casing (bottom) and the part that is broken is on top right of the laptop. In any case the repair section is nowhere near the broken area.  2. Three of the employee confirmed the result and the piece was not broken in our care3. We have looked for the missing piece of the broken part in the store and we have located the missing piece. 4. Even though we wanted to work with him he refused to hear the options4. He was insulting and insinuating racial comment about how we run our business.  We wanted to cooperate with the customer but he didn’t want to hear anything. He was disrespectable and we asked him to leave the store. At this moment we don’t want to work with him concerning this issue or any future repairs with this person. We have tried to give discount for the repair done, tried find a solution for the dilemma he was having but only thing we have gotten in return is insult with racist comment.  Mobilecom staff

Review: On September **, 2013 I and my wife purchased a Vivitar Wide Angle Lens and a 4gb memory card from the shop using a [redacted]. We are not professional photographers and overpaid for the items particularly the lens. We realized this when we got home and checked prices on [redacted]. The lens,Vivitar Pro-67WR, cost us $179. plus tax. Its actually worth $50-$60. When I called the store to see if we could return the item I realized that we didn't get a receipt or the adapter rings that were supposed to be in the lens box. The Salesman, [redacted], told me that we couldn't return the items. They only allow exchanges. I asked him to send the receipt to us with the adapter rings. He agreed to but as of today I haven't received anything.Desired Settlement: I would like to get a refund and I will return the lens. If that is not possible I would like to get the adapter rings and a receipt for what I purchased so I could make a claim through my credit card company.

Sincerely,

Review: I asked about the price for galaxy S4 and Note 2 and they offered 549 and 499 including taxes . I decided to take the Note 2 with 499 but when they got my debit card they charged me 500 and issued another receipt with 153claiming that it is for activation and Warranty. I didn't accept to sign and I asked them to cancel the deal but they refused. So I called the police and after a lot of argument they told that they did refund the 153 . When I went through my account I found they charged me both amounts and more over the phone is not under warranty as they told .Desired Settlement: Refund my money back to my account and take action against this store.
