Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below MobilePC sold me a lock on ***, advertised as in excellent condition, tested and fully operational (A copy of the [redacted] advertisement is available upon request) When the lock stopped working months after the sale, I contact the manufacturer per MobilePC's direction The Manufacturer informed me the lock had already been submitted for warranty after previously failing and being deemed defective The previous owner of the lock was directed to disposed of that lock The lock advertisement for sale on [redacted] did not meet any of the conditions which were advertised at the time of the sale The fraudulent sale was refunded after I filed a complaint with PayPal and PayPal required MobilePC to reverse the sale due to the misrepresentation of the original advertisement of their product MobilePC required me to return the lock after acknowledging their mistake I returned the lock with the understanding I would be reimbursed for the expense of the return shipping costs I have been deceived multiple times by MobilePC, now with the lack of reimbursement for the cost of return billing for the deceptive sale originated by MobilePC I am only seeking the cost of return shipping - who directed me to return to them via UPS - providing an RMA number Regards, [redacted] ***

According to our records, the customer started a return through the ebay return center
We provided RMA*** for the customer did return the product
According to the Ebay return center, the customer never return the item and the case was closed with no refund issued by
ebay

Hello, The customer stated that their item stopped functioning 4 months after receiving it. We have a 30 day warranty on our items, and the customer was allowed to return the item on 2/10 for a full refund anyway, and received a full refund for their order on 2/19. This situation has been resolved...

with the customer.
