I believe I know which case this is for, this customer claims after a month of receiving the items stated that they were not in the package, then sent us photos of the package opened with no product, we entertained the claim and opened an investigation with UPS, UPS closed it right away stating that the account had many red flags and they are unable to reimburse any damages/lost items, we notified the customer and stated that we can send replacement parts as a discounted rate, which was obviously deniedThank you!Best regards,Sales Department
