Review: I had 2 unauthorized charges taken out of my checking account on 11/7/15 and 12/7/15 from this company which I have never heard of. When the one happened in November I tried calling the number but there was no answer just music played. I have sent 3 emails asking to be refunded and to take my information out of their system so no other charges be taken out but today I look online at my account and there was the 2nd charge. No one will answer the phone nor will they answer your email complaints. I have seen online where several others have been taken advantage of as well with fraudulent charges like me.Desired Settlement: I want both November and December monies of a total of $40 to be refunded back to my account and no other charges taken out. Delete my information from the system as I have no clue of the company and never authorized any charges to begin with.
