I gave DW a good faith deposit for an auto wich they were having to go get from another dealer, they said they would have it the next day and to come by before 5 to complete the paperwork for the purchase. The saleperson was to call when everything was ready. I had to keep calling and they finally admitted the car wasn't going to be there and no worries they would give me a loaner. I'm still okay.
I show up after 5 to get the loaner and mention I thought I saw a car just like what I was waiting on in the parking lot, hey did it come in? Nothing for about 15 minutes. All of a sudden they aren't giving me a loaner. They try to push me into another car that I don't want. By this time the rental car that I have, I can't call on bcz they are closed! I was jerked around with numerous phone calls for several days, wasted a lot of time in the dealership. I asked for my good faith money back and drove to [redacted] that evening and I am very happy with my Toyota. Funny I had previously purchased two other Hondas from this dealership. I will never buy from DW!!! Most horrible experience I have ever had in purchasing a car, btw I've been driving for more than 30 years.
