I am rejecting this response because:
Yes, we were initially told 2-weeks, which about weeks later turned into an estimate of weeks. At that time we requested a refund and bought new furniture at another location. Since the order was never even shipped at this point, it should have ended there and a refund should have been issued. However, there was no attempt made to stop the order from their end. I also did not sign the document that stated the 'no refund' policy at the time I placed the order, so I cannot be held accountable for this I have also submitted a payent dispute through my bank. We have no use for the furniture and are insisting for our full payment to be refunded to us. There is no reason that the furniture cannot be sold to another customer since they now have it in their inventory

I wish to inform you that Mr Albert M[redacted] has rented me(R[redacted] M G[redacted] an apartment, He is overcharging me. I am disabled ,he now is trying to evict me. He has me in this 90 degree heat, and will not fix the problems with the air conditioning unit. There is no fire escape, if there was a fire myself, and the young girl who lives next to me, will never be able to get out, because we are on the second floor, with only the stairwell. which also makes this a fire hazard. My crisis worker from Pottsville, said I should report him, and try to get out asap. Please help me so now one gets hurt or has to suffer, like I did.
