Deliver ordered wheelchair and pick up rental wheelchair

They need to submit a letter to my insurance company explaining the process for ordering a wheelchairNone of this has been completedNo communication has happened

complaintI have contacted my insurance company and they confirmed my figures on the allowed amountOutside the original invoice no updated paperwork has been given, and the company refuses to respond to us

All insurance information was given to the company MULTIPLE times, my insurance companies have responded to them and relieved billing directly from themAll we have requested is they respond and refund the monies due
Revdex.com, the company is once again stalling and not dealing with the issues at handThey have confirmed in the past they had received the necessary paperwork and they had and submitted everything necessary to the insurance companiesWe are still amazed how unprofessional and or incompetent they are
