At this time we believe we have addressed her concerns in order to bring this matter to a close.Thank you for your time and consideration.

I hate this company. I reached an agreement on 12/05/16 with Mobiloans to only take $80.00 out of my bank account for two pay dates, and that I would pay off my full owed balance during the first week of January. I called them because I honestly could not afford any more at the time, and explained my situation. The gentleman I spoke with was very helpful and spoke with his supervisor. I received confirmation through the representative and his supervisor and through two consecutive emails that day confirming our agreement.
Then on 12/09/16, I see that not only had the $80.00 been taken out but also an additional $144.80. I was livid. I called about the amount taken out and was directed to submit bank statements as proof that the amount was indeed taken out. I was approved for a refund of the $144.80 and received it on 12/13/16. No worries, things were solved.
Then comes 12/23/16. The $80.00 was taken out, but then ANOTHER additional amount of $133.10 was taken out of my account, putting me behind in all my bills. I called that same day and was told a supervisor would contact me later in the day or some time during the day of 12/24/16. I submitted my bank statements proving that an additional amount outside of the agreement was taken out. I heard nothing from Mobiloans during those two days.
So on 12/26/16, I called back and explained my situation. I was all of a sudden denied a refund of the $133.10. I was told I never expressed interest in shutting off the AutoPay feature of my account, which I had no idea I could do at all, was basically told there was nothing that could be done to refund my money. I said how could I shut off my AutoPay if I had no idea that it was possible? They said they were not allowed to suggest this to me and I "magically" had to know how to do this. Even on the 12/05/16 when I first explained my situation, the gentleman that helped me made no suggestions that any more than $80.00 was to be taken out of my account. I was fine with the AutoPay feature but was completely unaware that any more than the agreed upon $80.00 was to be taken out on those days. I told them I had proof that I had a received a refund before, the receipt from my past refund check in my hand as I spoke. They told me the past refund was because of "agent error." And somehow this time was different and they could do nothing for me? Please.
I will never do business with this company again nor would I ever suggest doing business with them.

They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They keep you on hold for at least 30 mins once you get a hold of someone then you're on hold again for another 10 mins. If you have any issue that requires a refund they will send you out a check instead of submitting a refund through the payment method use and it takes 10 business days. Also, apparently if Agent says they will call you back within 1 business day they don't. And if you call to speak to someone else about your issue they are unable to help you because the original agent has to help you! Common this is all ridiculous this company works like it's back in the 1950's and doesn't solve their customers' issues promptly and timely. For a business that's online they sure don't have the customer service required to be an online business. Plus they charge ridiculous amounts of fees. I recommend you go elsewhere if you need a short term loan. This company is just not helpful at all. Furthermore, the so called supervisor from UTAH refused to give me her full name and stated she didn't have to do that. What kind of business is that?

Review: There was a minimum balance due on my account on 3/14/14 in the amount of $29.87. I spoke with a representative on Thursday, 3/13/14 to pay the entire amount using a different card, other than the one I set up with mobiloans to do automatic withdrawals with, because there was no money in my account. The payment was not able to be processed because the card information did not match what was on file. I went to the bank on 3/13 to deposit enough money for the total funds due (29.87) on 3/14 in the account that is setup for automatic withdrawal. On 3/14 mobiloans only took out $10 and not the minimum amount due of $29.87. Now they are still saying I owe $29.87, when I should only owe $19.87 since they didn't take the correct amount out at the time it was due. I spoke with a representative ([redacted]) and a manager ([redacted])on today, 3/16, to resolve this matter and they both said I still owe $29.87 since there was an additional $10 finance charge, since they did not take the full amount out.The links below are copies of my last 2 statements: [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like to pay the balance of $19.87 and have a $0.00 balance.

Review: I had a loan with Mobiloans and paid my loan in full in June of 2014. At the time payment was made I was under the understanding it was in full but after I made arrangements for the payment to be made they added interest charges after the fact which cancelled my loan being paid in full as I had been informed. it was the mistake of a customer service rep and when I confronted them on the error they just apologized and said they could not do anything to correct it as it was an error. While they admit that the customer service rep was at fault they have done nothing to fix the problem. I had been a customer that had made all my payments as scheduled and contacted them if any issues arose. I am very unhappy with the service provided by mobiloans. I do not recommend anyone to get a loan with this company.Desired Settlement: I want my bill to reflect that my previous loan was paid in full. I was advised that my payment was in full at the time and I want the records corrected to state that fact.
