Review: I paid for a service which never worked. I later emailed them 3 times (thats the only form of contact they have available) with no response. Not even a message confirming my email. This company completely avoids all interactions with their customers after they take the money for their services. See the reviews on [redacted]'s site. They have a reputation for this. After a few weeks of trying to reach them I am positive they have no intention on returning my emails or remedying the issue.Desired Settlement: Would love my money back.

Review: The company charged me three times for $7.99 they was only sappose to charge me that amount once a month. There is no phone number to call them only an email and their not answering my messages. I requested for them to cancel my services and give me a refund for all three payments.Desired Settlement: I would like to cancel my subscription with them and get a refound for all three payments

The business eventually contacted me and resolved my issue. The reason why I filed this complaint was that I when I initially contacted them, they didn't answer right away. The only way I can contact them was threw email. They finally awnsered me like three days later and resolved my issue

Review: I signed up Mobiscope with my [redacted] card end of December. the program provides a trial for 7 days. Rightaway I advised Mobiscope that I signed up the wrong program and would like to cancel or switch to another program. I have emailed, called Mobiscope, many times, sent them messages via [redacted] and up to now haven't received any response from them. However monthly subscription came out at the end of the month. The amount is not much but it is the principle, if we are provided a 7 day trial, we should have a choice to cancel. How many times do we need to contact them to stop this monthly withdrawal. The phone number provided is not worked.Desired Settlement: Refund my past monthly Subscription and DO NOT continue to withdraw money from my VISA.
