I saw a post on ** for this company and proceeded to purchase a few last minute items for Christmas My cc was denied twice, which was crazy because I just used it, but a saving grace as an afterthought
I tried to get into the area where my cc was stored and the website wouldn't allow me to do so I tried logging in again and it wouldn't let me So, I called my cc company and was told that all charges were approved which then scared me I was told to call the company because the issue was on their end
I *** the company to get a phone number (as they don't give one on their site, you have to email them), called and was put on hold when male voice popped on and said the call volume was high to call later and then it automatically hung up
I still can't get my credit card removed from this site All I want is to delete my 'account' from this site That's it! My cc company is watching my account for any unapproved charges, but I'm still concerned about my info in the hands of what seems to be a sham of a company!
Customer never emailed our customer support (which is very accessible and we always respond within hours.) USPS confirms delivery at her address ***
However, if customer claims they did not receive the
delivery we will gladly send a replacementI will reach out to her right away

THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF phone # on my credit for them said no longer associated with Mobstub I ordered a bracelet and worn 1x and broke price was with no shipping
All in all, I was very satisfied with MobStubProducts were as advertisedMy last order had a few mixupsBut after a couple ailsAll was straightened outOnly wish there was a customer service phone number instead of only email, however, response to email was very timely
