Review: I just purchased a home from Moccasin Investments LLC on July 7, 2014. The first time I went to use the dishwasher the upper spray arm was laying in the bottom dish tray. I called my realtor and told him about it he called the other realtor which in turn called Moccasin Investments, I received message that all appliances were under warranty that I could contact the appliance company and the warranty would take care of repairs. When I contacted appliance company I gave them the model & serial numbers and was told that the dishwasher had been out of warranty since 2004. I then called realtor again and phone calls were made to Moccasin investments a couple days went by and then I was told that the owner of Moccasin Investments was on vacation and would have to wait for him to get back to get sales receipt and warranty information. I waited til the following Monday which was 7/28/2014 I then called Moccasin Investments Realtor myself and was then told that the owner had car trouble on the way home and he would let me know when he gets the information. I waited until 7/30/2014 and was told that all they would do is pay for repair, I said no, because the Real Estate listing said all appliances were new therefore they should have warranties. I had to wait for another call to owner of Moccasin. I have not gotten another call as of yet 7/31/2014.Desired Settlement: I feel like Moccasin Investments should be held accountable for false advertisement and I should not have had to contact the Revdex.com to get this matter taken care of like it should have been as soon as I made the first phone call.

Got back from vacation found out the dishwasher was broken and purchased a new one for the [redacted] as requested. The delay came from the [redacted] asking for a large amount of money in addition to the dishwasher and we needed to figure out why they wanted the money. Once they agreed to accept the replacement of the dishwasher only, we replaced it immediately.
