Archives, which takes certain precautions to protect privacy. Among these precautions includes holding back the release of these records until 72 years have passed [redacted] their creation. As such, no census records past 1940 exist in the public domain at this time. After 72 years have passed [redacted] United States government deems the information in census records safe for access by the general public and the records can be accessed on hundreds of internet sites.

I am dealing with identity theft. This company has been made aware of this issue. For my protection and privacy, I have asked them to remove my name from their files. I have asked them to request search engines [redacted] and others)to remove my name. Mocavo has to put in the requests since they are the webmaster. Mocavo has refused both requests. They said since they got my information from public records they have the right to place it in their files and in search engines. They also said they would continue to do this until the Federal Government passed a law saying they could not do this. They also seem to encourage people to become members so they can control information in their files that Mocavo has created about them. This is disturbing. This whole situation has upset me so very much. At my age and health condition, this is not good.
