Hired *** to inspect my new home.*** was hired to do a full home inspection, termite inspection and radon inspection. Once we were in the home we found water damage which took rebuilding the front wall in the dinning room, termites, 3 romex wires in one connector, extension cords ran from outlet then to the TV, no tempered glass on windows that are foot off the floor, Jacuzzi that was not even wired to work, Mold in the walls, flashing on front that let water to the inside the wall, press board under the eve that was rotten that was letting moisture in,etc..
As I attach the home inspection to this claim you will see there was not much found on *** inspection.
I disagree with the complaint in full.

I am rejecting this response because:
I am rejecting it because I have proof that he did not perform a proper inspection which lead me to be out of pocket 20,000+. If this inspection was done right I would have never bought the home. If you like I have pictures and video that will prove there was not a proper inspection done.

I am rejecting this response because:
I do not except his response as I value Revdex.com and like to work this dispute out in a civil way. I and my family have suffered financially due to his lack of professionalism. Again I have photos and videos that I can prove that 't here was neglected as a homeowner, as inspector He should of also found it before the purchase. I paid him to protect my best interest in buying a home and I feel that he did not accomplish that. I feel the inspectors good is to keep the homeowner honest and that also was not accomplished
