Michael P*** of Mocksville Mobile Homes cheated me out of a lot of moneyFirst he lied about make and model of mobile homeThen he told owner of mobile home he was selling it for the agreed upon price, then turned around and sold home for almost double and he pocketed the difference! Michael never owned the home and was acting as an agent for sellerHe is the most unethical "business person" I have ever encounteredHe is dirty and crooked and now will not return phone calls or emails

I was reading through the negative complaints regarding this business, and I was left with curiosity. Mainly because I have done business with Mocksville Mobile Homes before and had nothing but a pleasant experience. Buying a home is a very tedious and time consuming process and it can be very complicated, but through those complications this business helped me every step of the way and I was greatly satisfied with all business I conducted. Those who are interested in doing business with them should not worry about being satisfied, there will be speed bumps though. I have done this a lot with different companies and the service that I received here was pleasant and noteworthy.

Review: I purchased a mobile home (paid in full) from this company on June 13,2014. Almost 1 year later and I still do not have the title from them. After multiple calls and Emails all I have gotten is excuses as to why I do not have the title yet.Desired Settlement: I want the title for my home delivered to me, free and clear as described in the bill of sale.

Michael P[redacted] of Mocksville Mobile Homes cheated me out of a lot of money. First he lied about make and model of mobile home. Then he told owner of mobile home he was selling it for the agreed upon price, then turned around and sold home for almost double and he pocketed the difference! Review: Michael agreed with the seller to sell me (the buyer) a mobile home for $1500. Instead Michael charged me $2450 and pocketed the $950 difference, cheating the seller out of the extra $950 or you can look at it as he stole $950 from me because the seller was selling it for $1500.Michael told me via email on 8/3/15 that the trailer was ready to move on Friday, August 14, 2015. This was a total fabrication from Michael because the previous owner of the trailer had not moved out yet and had stated all along he would not be out until 8/17. Michael's lie resulted in the mobile home mover losing a day of work, but still having to pay his workers, cover gas money and hotel expenses.Michael owes me $950 for the money he STOLE from me and he also owes the mobile home mover expenses he incurred due to Michael's outright lies.Michael P[redacted] of Mocksville mobile homes told me I was buying a 1985 Oakwood mobile home when in fact it is a 1984 Connor mobile home. He is deceptive in his practices and needs to be held accountableDesired Settlement: The seller agreed to sell the home for $1500, and I want that honored. Michael charged me $2450 and pocketed that money.I want the mobile home mover's expenses covered (approximately $500) by Michael.Michael is a con artist and needs to be held accountable.The buyer was selling the trailer for $1500 that Michael took 2450 from the and I would like to have the 950 dollars back

Review: Paid off this mobile home back in February 2015, have sent several emails asking for the title for this mobile home still have not received the title it is now july 2015, been told he would get to it, on vacation now its I don't have the money to send the title to DMV.Why wasn't the money for the title transfer took out of the money I paid to pay this home off it was over 1000.00 plenty enough money to do the titleDesired Settlement: I want the title for this home
