day.In addition, at the time that Mr. [redacted] submitted his application he was advised and acknowledged (among other things) that “You acquire no rights to the rentalunit unless or until a holding deposit is paid to the landlord or landlord’s agent”, and that the processing fee is non-refundable.In our correspondence with Mr. [redacted] he was advised that we are happy to provide him with a copy of the report and directed him on how to submit a request to do so. At this time we have not received a request for him for a copy of said report.
