I want to personally express how pleased I was to work with Eric and Michael from MODdisplays. I was on a tight schedule because I was out of town when my designer sent me graphics to order. I had to place the order on Monday and needed delivery Friday because my sales team was leaving for a trade show. There were some problems with my designer’s graphic upload, which Michael and Eric handled very well. Eric expressed that, even though we would be an entire day later getting our complete graphics to MODdisplays, he would try his best to guarantee delivery the day I needed the display banners. Everything arrived on time and, though I haven’t gone through each box individually, I am confident that it is done well. Thank you for providing excellent service! I look forward to working with your company again in the future and would recommend their services to anyone.

Review: I purchased a tarde show exhibit from Moddisplays. They were provided shipping labels and very specific instructions to ship to [redacted] Convention Center. By mistake they shipped it to my credit card bill address which is my home address in California. We were madly looking for exhibit to set it up. I had hired professionals installers for that day to install the exhibit. There was no exhibit and I incurred the cost of a three man crew for 4 hours at $165 standard union labor wage at convention center. I called Moddisplays and [redacted] said she would get back to me on the situation. The shipment was sent in error by Moddisplays to my credit card billing address at my home in California. She assured me that they would pay for the labor costs and the shipping back to the convention center so I could take on the magical task of bringing labor back in again, pay them again and try to get the exhibit shipped from my home to the [redacted] convention center. I had to get a friend to go to my home, get a truck and take the 20 x 20 exhibit in many boxes too large to fit in a normal car to Fed Ex for overnight Shipment. Moddisplays promised that all this would be reimbursed and expressed upset at the time, but cleverly asked me to put it on my FedEx number rather than theirs. They have avoided any phone calls, don't respond to recent emails and behave as if there is no need to take me seriously. This is a business built on logistical expertise and customer relations. The company has failed on all counts.Moddisplays owner [redacted] has orchestrated customer service damaging delays and put his employees reputations at risk. I am a regular client of Moddisplays which makes this even more puzzling. I feel badly for my account rep who looks likes she is unable to stand behind company policy and customer retention techniques.Desired Settlement: This isn't a refund but a reimbursement for their expenses incurred that they promised to pay.For labor costs at the show. $1980. The labor to install in all trade show is secured and paid for advance of show. [redacted].For Federal Express charges for shipping the exhibit to Chicago (I had already paid Mod Displays once for Shipping to the provided Chicago show destination) from the incorrectly mis-shipped exhibit to my home in CA. $950
