Review: I purchased a bed from Mona furniture on June *,2014 The frame of the bed is made of Metal. As time went by I notice that the frame started to bend in certain places for no apparent reason.Then the bed started shaking I realized that the store staff did put the screws in the legs of the bed when they insulted the bed and that is why the bed frame has banded in certain places. Then a week later I notice that one of the legs of the bed is standing up in the air. I went to the store with the receipt and pictures of the damaged frame and [redacted] the [redacted] took a copy of the receipt and I emailed him the pictures. He told me he is going to call his vendor and let me know what can be done. After I called him few times he finally told me that he CAN NOT DO ANYTHING.The only thing he can do is give me a phone number of someone who can repair the bed. I will have to pay him. I told him that 2 professionals saw that bed and it cannot be fixed. He told me aging that he is sorry he cannot do anything for me. Then I told him I was about to purchase a bed room set for myself but I am afraid I will have the same and he said " IF YOU BUT A BED ROOM SET FOR YOURSELF, I WILL EXCHANGE THE DAMAGED FRAME.That means he can exchange it but he does not want to.Desired Settlement: I would like Moda Furniture to replace the frame with a new one.

Review: I bought 2 arm chairs for my mother (83 years old). I only saw the chairs on the catalog. When the chairs arrived, my mother was unable to fit into them and we quickly realized that the chairs were not worth $1,035 I paid for them. The next day, one of the chairs' legs broke. I called the store, went there personally and had my sister go there as well, requesting a refund (this was all within 1 week of delivery).

The store [redacted] refused to take the chairs back. He later offered to take them back at a 30% restocking fee. I have to lose $300 for a poorly crafted, overpriced arm chair just because they don't want to take it back.

I requested the refund within a week of the delivery. There should be no reason as to why I should not be able to receive a full refund, hassle-free.Desired Settlement: I want to receive a full refund. I want them to take back their chairs because I don't need them and I am not using them.

Review: My family purchased 2 arm chairs from this establishment on 3/**/14, through a catalog. The chairs' legs broke 2 days after their delivery. We went back to the store, requesting a refund or a trade for another product. The owner of MODA refused to take the chairs back, stating that he has no use for them and is not able to take them back because they act as the middle men between us and the wholesalers. The excuse made no sense, because in essence, all retailers act as middlemen. Our request for a refund came less than a week from the delivery date.The total amount paid for these chairs is $1,034.31.Desired Settlement: We request a full refund, in the amount of $1,034.31.
