I Ordered a custom controller for my son for Christmas and it didnt work. There is no phone number to speak to a live person and every time after we tried the live chat no one was available. Email correspondence is the only way to reach them and sometimes it takes days for a reply. After much back & forth the remote was returned for repair. A week went by and I emailed asking when the remote would be reshipped as I wanted it back for Christmas morning for my son. They claimed to have expedited the controller on Dec 21st and today is Dec 27th and it still hasn't arrived. Emails have gone unanswered and the tracking number they emailed me shows the package was never even dropped off to USPS. Nothing they can say or do will make up for my sons disappointment. Their unprofessionalism and lack of urgency for their customers is unreal. Bottom line...Shop someplace else...
I recently ordered a custom painted PS4 controller from moddedzone.com and I received the controller to my country very quickly! The paint and quality of the controller was well worth the price! If you are looking for a custom contorller I would suggest using this website!
