During a particularly hot time over the Summer, our A/C went out on a Sunday evening. I called to schedule an appt for the next week. Instead of a machine, I got the owner himself and told him what happened. He called back within the hour to tell me he was en route. He arrived shortly after, repaired the unit and left us completely satisfied customers. After hours service on a Sunday. THAT'S great customer care!

I have used Mode several times. Every time the service call was handled promptly and to the highest standard. I have recommended Mode to all of my friends.

As someone who has had a few bad expiriences with HVAC companies, I cannot say enough good things about Mode.

I can sincerely say this is my first experience with a contractor of any type where I felt like they valued my interests above those of maximizing profit. To have someone tell you they could do something but it wasn't necessary and would just cost me money was amazing!
