It was determined that we did not send you notification via US mail but we in fact emailed you on August in regards to the provisional credit being reversed. This reversal was as a result of the refund that you received from the merchant on July Kinetic provided you with an additional provisional credit on for the difference while we continue to conduct the investigationCopies of these notifications are being mailed to your street address
Kinetic credited the $in overdraft fees back to your account on September 1. Our Operations Manager has contacted you on September to discuss this resolution.
