I am very sorry the customers experience with JDM #Plumbing was not optimal Our hourly rate is in fact $per hour While the plumber may have been on site for minutes, we include our travel time to the job and to the supply shop to purchase materials for the job The customer was charged for one hour of time (minutes on site and minutes of travel to supply shop and to customers location) The plumber left another job to accomodate the customer that needed hot water for their familyThe customer was also charged for the material needed to complete the job The job completed for the customer was top notch with the plumber having nearly years of knowledge and experience The price was fair if not less than the standard charge across the plumbing industry The plumber for this job is also the owner of this company and prides himself on having a successful career that is referral based We do not advertise and have been in business for almost years

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.From the research we have done, the cost for the job materials we were charged was highly inflated. On the invoice, it also states we were charged for the plumbers travel time. It is not fair and ethical to charge a customer for travel time without the customers knowledge and agreement of such. Businesses have an obligation to operate with good faith and fair dealing, and this business took advantage of us
