Although I do not sec anything unusual in the notes in regard to rudeness of the staff we have
flagged the account to be cordial to the customer although that is always our policyA payment was
made on the account we are and always willing to accept payments on the accountWe

like the customer to call us in regard to the status of the account at this point

   I did not become irate by any means, and I was denied the ability to talk to his supervisor or get his employee number to talk to someone else about the way he treated me over the phone. Here was rude and disrespectful. I would like someone to review the conversation since it should have been recorded and I would also like to receive a copy of my contact since he told me that I did not purchase GAP protection, he must have had a copy in front of him. This man still owes me Am apology as well.

On October 28, 2014 Model Finance mailed [redacted] $305.83 refund check on his account. 
Model Finance policy is to wait 15 days after receipt of a check to mail out the paid papers. This 
is to avoid any NSF items coming back on the...

account.
As to the credit report Mr. [redacted] was past due 66 days when we received the payoff on the 
account. Mr.[redacted] disputed this on his credit report. I have received a dispute from Equifax and 
[redacted] on 10/26/14 and went ahead and showed paid and deleted all negative  credit as a 
courtesy. I have not received a dispute from Experian but when I do, !"will do the same courtesy.

Review: I receieved a call from a customer service rep named "[redacted]" stating very rudely that my account is 23 days past due and I "better make a payment now nad quit complaining or else". I stated to him that his unprofessionalism is not appreciated, he stated " I could care less what you think". I tried to explain that the payment was mailed in the pre addressed enveloped they provided me, just the way it is done every month. He cut me off and accused me of lying, he laughed and stated if I dont have money to pay then I shouldnt have purchased this motorcycle. I told him I do have money, and have every intention to pay, but please check your record,I have mailed my paymeny which has CLEARED MY BANK. He said " stop lying and pay your bills", I asked to speak to a supervisor, He stated "get a life and pay your damn bills", then placed me on hold and transferred me to a supervisor. I expalained this to the supervisor, he apparently thought it was funny because all he did was tell me to "chill" and started laughing. I aksed if I could just make the payment on the phone now, and he stated "Well now its too late cuase your trying to stir up problems within my office so Im just assigning this for reposession have a nice day" and hung up on me!

This account is allegedly 23 past due due to what ever sort of error. They refuse to let me make a payment due to the fact that I made a complaint about their customer service person, [redacted].Desired Settlement: I want them to accept my payment even though it is their mistake, and I want them to be polite, respectful and professional, not cursing at me, I am a customer!

Review: I called in today 8/19/15 @ 12:09pm to get a copy of my contract that I signed 5 years ago on a motorcycle that was totaled. When I asked the original male that answered the pone he forwarded me to his Manager "[redacted]." [redacted] said he pulled up my information and saw that they had taken me to court (without my knowledge, I was under the impression I had GAP coverage) and when I asked him for a copy of my contract to be sent to my e-mail address he told me that I should have it. I told him I didn't because I have short term-memory loss and have moved so many times. He became very agitated with me when I asked him if it showed I had GAP coverage on there and he told me," No. It doesn't show GAP coverage" He also stated I should contact insurance about it, but I know I purchased it from Model Finance. I asked him if I could have the copy of the contract emailed to me and he said, "no. I don't have it here." I asked him how he could tell me I didn't purchase GAP coverage if he didn't have the contract in front of him and he told me, "you're placing your faults on us, you owe us that money, and should have a copy of your contract." I asked to speak to his supervisor and he said,"no you can't. I am the Manager." When I said I wanted to speak to his boss, he told me no again. I asked him for his employee ID number and received another "No." He told me that he was going to hang up on me, and he did. He was not helpful and I'm trying desperately to track down my information from all angles to see how to resolve this payment of $1823.76 they say I owe, but all I need is an unaltered copy of my contract and he would not let me speak to anyone else and would not give me the contract.Desired Settlement: I need to receive a copy of my contract that I signed,a copy of the court judgement, have a detailed explanation of charges, and receive an apology from [redacted] for talking to me in such a disgusting manner. And if it's found that I did have GAP coverage the company should take this issue up with insurance that was used.

CASE; [redacted] RE: [redacted]To whom it may concern: On 08/19/15 Ms. [redacted] called our office asking why she's getting her wages attachcd. I told Ms. [redacted] that her account had been assigned to a collection agency. (Pacific Credit Exchange) 818-995-8424. They have all the information on her account. Ms. [redacted] got irate and would not take the Information we were trying to give her, she started demanding that Model Finances send her paperwork. We told her we don't have paperwork any longer. She must call the collection agency.Thank you:

Review: Collection agent is threatening me with making up felony charges against me. He has contacted my references claiming I stole their identity. As well as harassing me with threats via voice mail calling me derogatory names, and spreading rumors. He refuses to say were he is calling form to each person he is something different from a detective to a DA. He never identifies himself correctly or the purpose of his call. When I contact other parts of model finance they say they don't know why he is acting in such a manner. His name he gives is [redacted] and [redacted]. He yells when I pick up the phone and leaves horrible voice mails while I'm at work. I get Calls every 15 minutes if I answer it is then every 2 minutes once I hang up. He is slandering my name insulting me and harassing everyone he has a number for talking about me in false ways.Desired Settlement: He needs to stop handling my account and I want to press charges for harassment as well as a civil suit against this company and him for slander, along with false allegations.

We do not know who [redacted] or [redacted] is. They could be with the repo company that we have your bike out for repossession with. We called the repo company and they also stated they do not know those names. We have canceled that company from working on the repossession just in case and assigned a new repo company to pick up your motorcycle. Please call us to make arrangements to pick up the motorcycle.

I contacted the police department about the harassing and threatening phone calls. The officer researched the number and the guy calling and found that he works for Model Finance Inc. He behavior on your behalf was slanderous and uncalled for.

Review: They provided to the 3 credit barrels that we were 30 days late and we were not late at any time for 30 days. We paid the loan in full. they still have it that we have a balance of $203. This company is not very ethical at all. When you make early payments they hold your payments so they can collect full interest on your loans to extend the loans. The employees are rude and not very helpful.

I had my Yamaha Bolt financed by Model for 2 years. Although the interest rate is high(they finance those of us who have poor to fair credit), they are a good company to deal with. A couple times I needed to call them and tell them I needed a couple extra days to pay...they inform you when you will get a late charge. Never had an issue with them!
