Customer received two weeks ago and we do not exchange sofas that have been used and abused for that amount of timeCustomer had chance to check during delivery for any damages and had to chance to call us during that timeHe called us times yesterday and we had to file report to police for his harassment and cursingOur policies are clear and we will not exchange the sofa in these conditionsIf there was any damage, they should have done so in a timely manner, especially during delivery

Mrs [redacted] has bought several items worth of $3500 regular price. We discounted to her down to $2200. They know our policy very well since her boyfriend has snapped a photo...

of it and posted it all over the internet. She has a balance of $2000. As long as she honors her invoice balance, her deposit is will count towards it. By breaching the deal, she will lose her deposit. That is why there is something called deposits. We are holding merchandise for her. Even though we have no cancellation or exchange policy, Mrs. [redacted] has come three times to change her order and also cancelled some items already. We also stayed after hours for her. Our customer service is intact, but she wants more discount after the fact. We will keep deposit unless she moves forward to pay her balance. Our policy also states that any cancellation is subject to 30% restocking fee.  ShawnModel Furniture

Seller is a fraud upon delivery we told both delivery guys the item had damage....we even wrote on the delivery order about the damage and both delivery guys knew they had to bring a new sofa and take he damaged one back......if they are not liars and operate a bad business then they will tell you the truth......we spoke to the owner of the store that day upon delivery she said ok I will exchange the damaged sofa.....the only reason I waited two weeks is because the business is a liar and said they need time to bring the new sofa back because of the Fourth of July holiday weekend........tell the business owner if she is not a liar and going to [redacted] to provide a copy of the delivery order in which I wrote and signed myself about the damage......I wonder why all her businesses went out of business she operates a bad business I guess karma is a [redacted].....if she doesn't correct the problem then I will take steps further if I have too I will file a law suit

It is unfortunate that Model Furniture provided a response or a resolution of this nature. 
Let me share some highlights or true facts:
* Shawn who wrote the response was not present on Saturday the 15th of August and Monday the 17th. He helped me a couple of weeks prior and no further.
* I was actually changing some of the furniture and removing a dining set and Miss [redacted] was not happy about it. So she quoted a new price that was unreasonable. At this point I wanted to talk to Shawn and she refused to call him. Eventually, she did and spoke to Shawn in their language and he refused to talk to me. I was trying to get a more reasonable price since Miss [redacted] was unwilling to do so.
* merchandise according to Ms. [redacted] were in stock and Shawn wants to charge restocking fee on furniture not even delivered and not even ordered since it was already in stock!
* I was there for an hour and left at closing and they had more customers. I did not stay longer as Shawn claims who was not even there.
* My boyfriend took a picture of the policy on Monday morning since Miss [redacted] was unwilling to do anything. He wanted to protect me since it was apparent that Miss [redacted] did not wanted a resolution. The policy does not say we keep deposit on furniture that has not been delivered. Nor she said anything on Saturday about deposit. The only thing Miss [redacted] stated on Monday and I quote that she could not sell the 2 barstools because they were on hold for me. Once again as I mentioned on original complain I offered to pay the difference of $50 for a total of $250 for those 2 barstools so she would not have a loss as she claims.
* Again furniture was never delivered to my home. 
As a customer I have the rights to change my mind on anything that I purchase and any legitimate business honor those rights of the consumer. Furthermore it's appalling that this business has Revdex.com sticker on their door and they are misleading customers. They want to show consumers that they are a trustworthy business when in fact they are not, based on customer reviews. They are not even Revdex.com accredited. Revdex.com should not allow Model Furniture to mislead consumers by displaying Revdex.com logo when they are not an accredited or honorable business.
I request entire amount of $200 refund since they refused my original request. Unless they are so desperate to keep money from hard working consumers from this country such as myself.
I sincerely thank you Revdex.com for helping me as a customer and allowing me to state my rights as a consumer.

his harassment and cursing. Our policies are clear and we will not exchange the sofa in these conditions. If there was any damage, they should have done so in a timely manner, especially during delivery.
