I reached out to Modelcraft to order some products wholesale After negotiating price, they placed an order for me through their distributor Once the products arrived, he told me they had shipped out to me I first received one small box, but it was the wrong products I emailed Bob at modelcraft to let him know of the mistake and he informed me that there was another box on it's way, also full of the wrong product He instructed me to ship them back to him and he would take that cost off of my invoice once my correct order shipped I shipped both boxes back to him, which cost about $ Since then, I have attempted to reach him multiple times asking when I would receive my shipment and he has yet to respond I have not been able to get tracking information from him or even an invoice for my order So I have now paid to send incorrect product back to him with, and have not been reimbursed for that cost, and I also have no way of knowing if/when I will receive my order or eve
