-----Original Message----- From: [redacted] [mailto: [redacted] Sent: Saturday, January **, 4:PM To: drteam Subject: Modern electronics repair case ID# [redacted] Modern electronics repair ID# [redacted] To whom this may concern, On January [redacted] brought in a phone with a GRO discount for a screen replacementper policy on discounted repairs specified on the group on Voucher before purchasing it statesOne, The coupon covers ONLY screen replacement and that an appointed is needed Two, any damage beyond the screen would be the customers responsibility [redacted] came in with her phone in two different peaces almost and the screen hanging out of the frameI specifically told her the only way this phone will be fixable will be to replace the Frame along the screen to keep the phone intact and that most people do not need that there for it is not included with the coupon she hasThe frame is an additional 10$A very small amount to pay to have your phone working properlyShe argued about having to pay anything and kept insisting that she does not want to spend any money on the phone and that she just needs the screen fixed to trade it in to a cellphone provider and they require the screen to be fixed before giving her credit for itThe phone was not operable when it was broken so our technician could not fully test the phone we can only see that it powered onWe insisted she replace the frame and have us fix it 100% but she refusedSo to satisfy her thats what we didFix the screen and nothing elseWhen she came in to pick it upI personally showed her how its not fixed correctly and is not sitting flush because of her frame issueShe said, "i don't care, I'm trading it in"She leftThe next morning when [redacted] opened we had received 5-missed calls before business hours from [redacted] and horrible feedback on our feedback system for a reason we were not aware ofwhen I called [redacted] to address the issue she had a horrible attitude on the phone and being vulgar and claiming we broke her phoneI told her she can bring the phone in for what ever issue it has and if it is something we caused for example (cut a cable/ missing a screw/ or improper installation of a part) we will take care of it for herThat day with a store front full of people she came in yelling and screaming in front of our other clients (have a witness as well) she was throwing the F word around and saying we screwed up her phoneI took it to the back and to test if it was something we caused everything was intact its just a bad speaker that needs to be changed and it may have went bad on impact when she dropped and broke the phoneShe didn't like that answer and kept yelling and cursing in my store so I asked her to leaveShe kept yelling how she is going to file a suit /call police and other threats and I just asked her to exit the store she is trespassing in a property where she is not welcome.I also told her if she had not reacted the way she did and cause a scene along with a bad review before we had a chance to address the issues, I would have fixed her speaker FREE of charge and it would have cost me penniesAfter she left I had a customer say, "i would have thrown her out of here also, what an attitude on that lady" We try to keep all our clients happy, there are always some people that you can't work withunfortunately this client was one of them
