Hi [redacted] – We wanted to report the resolution of complaint ID [redacted] This customers order was delivered on 4/27/after a stock issue on our endThe customer had advised they called and emailed numerous times to confirm status of their order, however we only had one phone message on our records After I contacted [redacted] directly we resolved the issue and we shipped the bags once they were back in stockI followed up with him again after delivery and he assured the order delivered to him as planned If you need any further details please do not hesitate to contact meBest Regards, Jeff ***

As I previously mentioned, at the time of receiving Revdex.com’s correspondence regarding the complaint, we had received just voicemail from this customer questioning the status of their orderOn all order paperwork we clearly have both our phone number and an email, [email protected] available for customer supportI am convinced that our support system in place was not fully utilized before a Revdex.com complaint was initiatedWe feel this customer did not give us a fair shot at addressing their issue before filing a Revdex.com complaintWe regret this whole situation, but can assure that there is absolutely no way this customers order would have went unresolvedI have been heavily involved in our customer service department for over yearsWe handle hundreds of orders like this yearly as well as large custom retail packaging order for major global retailersFrom what I recall this is our first time having to address a complaint with Revdex.com and is no way reflection of our company as a wholeWe appreciate you taking the time to note this reply with the complaint in your systemIf there is anything additional I can supply please let me knowBest Regards ,Jeff ***
