Modern Atmospheres

Our project was not planned. We needed to do some major repairs projects after a flooded basement which was a result of an erupted pipe of restroom on the main floor. The damaged was spread out very quickly. Dennis went above and beyond to help us out based on our urgent need. His highly experienced team started to work right away on updating our bathroom and basement. Dennis’ attention to details is one his biggest strengths. We were very impressed with his drive to do the best quality job possible and we do appreciate that from him.
Along the way, we found some problems on the foundation that needed to be repaired by professionals on that. Dennis managed to have an especializad company to come to our house to start the repair within a couple of weeks, which normally would have taken a much longer waiting period.
During this process, I took advantage of having this crew of professionals working at my house to add some remodeling projects, of course ;-) He walked us through what was feasible to do within budget. I do appreciate a lot his flexibility.
We have worked with some other contractors in the past and NO ONE has been as professional, reliable and committed to do a great job as Dennis. We highly recommend his service.

Modern Atmospheres just finished our basement and it looks amazing! We just completed our second bathroom project with Modern Atmospheres and couldn't be happier with the results. We have a historic home so we wanted a design that would maintain the character of the house with a modern twist. Dennis and his team were able to accomplish this and stay within our budget.
