Response to Mrand Mrs***'s concerns:
We have been very forthcoming with communication from the moment we realized there was going to be an issue with the approval from the insurance companyThere was some pre-existing damage to the bumper cover that would normally have been covered as it was required to be completed to repair the damages occurred to the vehicleAs soon as we were notified of the shortage in the approval from the insurance company we notified the ***'sWe have been in contact with them over the last months regarding this outstanding amountWe have tried many different avenues to resolve without requiring payment from the ***'s, but none of these have worked outThey did not have collision coverage on their vehicle at the time, so we have only had one insurance company to deal withWe cannot go to the other driver directly, as we have no relationship with themThe only responses we got from the ***'s throughout the ten months, was that they were not paying and were not responsible
After a demand letter was sent for payment on March 7th 2016, the ***'s filed the Revdex.com complaint and asked for a meeting to discussWe meet on Monday March 14th The results on this meeting was that *** still did not feel that he should need to pay, but we explained the process and that we need to be paid for the work that was done to his vehicle*** then came in for an estimate on new damages to his vehicle on March 17th,
As there has been no payment made, we moved forward with the collection actions on the file and submitted to *** on March 24th, We had given another days of grace before this action was taken
Thanks,
Ciao,
Stacy
