These terms, which are clearly available on website where the product gets ordered, state that the customer will be shipped a 30-day supply of product but only be charged for shipping and handling ($and $3.95, respectively) at that time.These terms also plainly state that the customer will have days from the *order date* to try the product, and that the customer must contact us before the trial expires to avoid being charged (days from the order date) for the 30-day supply that he or she was initially sent. Unfortunately, it is beyond our control whether a customer fully reads these terms before placing his or her order. We show that the customer did not contact us until 7/29/17, several weeks past the trial expiration date, by which time the customer had been charged for the full 30-day supply of each product in accordance with the terms aboveThe customer service agent who handled the call declined to issue refunds due to noncompliance with the terms stated on the website.Nonetheless, even though we are not obligated to do so once the trial period has expired, we have issued full refunds for all product charges (less the initial shipping and handling) to the card used to pay for the original orders.
