To Whom it May Concern,In regards to the rejection by Mr [redacted] , I would be happy to write letters to the lenders that his credit was submitted to as well as the three credit bureaus, stating that there was confusion as to what Mr [redacted] wanted us to do with the signed credit application and that he did not want us submit his credit Samantha has worked for us for several years and have not had any problems of this nature in the past so I am not sure how the confusion came about but regardless I am more that willing to appease Mr [redacted] with letters and would still offer him an oil change on usThanks, Trish
