They(Modern Combat & Survival Magazine) offered a DVD for sale for 7.95, I bought one. 6 weeks later I noticed that besides the 7.95 they(Modern Combat & Survival Magazine) initially charged me, THEY CHARGED ME $57.00. I called them(Modern Combat & Survival Magazine), talked to a charming lady who apologized and said that I would be contacted. I was never contacted. By the time I contacted my bank they(Modern Combat & Survival Magazine) had charged my acc 3 TIMES the $57.00 fee. I had to cancel my card and file a fraud complaint. My bank guy seems confident he can get my money back.
