Modern Construction Co

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Modern Construction Co regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Good morning-Thanks for getting back to meI contacted Abul (Modern Construction) and set up a new job offer under a different name
and address on July **This was the only way he would answer my callsUpon his arrival, I called to come and help with my questions or to see if they could arrest him. The cops questioned him and ask him why he took my money and didn't finish the job but he wasn't making any sense to them or meHe was just saying that, he took the money and he workedThey ask him again "but why didn't you finish the job" and his response was, he brought guys to demo for days and I guy to compound a few day and that itNo reason why he took my $and did less than a weeks work and won't return part or all of my moneyIn the end, the cops said I have to take him to courtFYI: The only identification he had on him was his contractor License with the same address on his business card. So, in the end, I didn't achieve nothing, because the cops says that, I "handed him the money" and he didn't take the money forcefully, like I was robbed, so for that reason, they couldn't arrest him. To most people, it's just $but that money set me back a lot. Let me know if you have other questionsThanks again for all your help.
