Modern Cosmic Astrology

I ordered a birth chart reading from Nichole h*** of moder-cosmic.com on February 5 2020, and the date it was to be issued was February 19. It is now the 21st and I have not received my reading nor any correspondence whatsoever. I have emailed the website, her personal email, messaged her on Instagram, and tried reaching out my phone to no avail. I have done research and now see this has been a problem with her with several customers, not getting what they paid for then her not responding to anything. It’s a scam apparently
