I do have an issue with the letters sent to us by Revdex.com and inaccuracy of statements within them. We received the first two letters attached in the mail on the same dayThe two letters are Dated May 1, and May 2,2017, both were received by us on May 7, Within those letters you state that you received a complaint submitted 4/27/We began research into the issue on May 8. On May we received a letter from you dated May stating that “Sometime ago we sent you a copy of this complaint. Three weeks later we sent a follreminder” You did not send your first communication three weeks previous, you sent it on May 2, and your follreminder on May 10, that is days not weeksYou had not even had weeks since you received the complaint from Ms***, according to your own letter I hope this action brings resolution to this issue.
