Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint
Sent: Monday, October 26, 12:PMTo: drteam Subject: complaint ID ***
To Whom It May Concern,
I was unable to respond via the website since it said it was case closedI am not sure how that happened but they still have my darn truck and they are liarsThe truck is mine and in my name
My husband took the truck up there and dropped it off
3. The Ford Dealership did not touch the truck, everI went to the dealership to ask if they would install the parts that were purchasedThey said they would not because they were aftermarket parts, not factoryThe truck was in perfect working order when it was dropped off at *** ***I just wanted then to install some hubs and a horn (They were paid for this)
After installation of the hubs and horn, my 4xdid not work anymore and neither did the horn, my reverse lights and electric mirrors.
I took the truck BACK to then on a Sunday September They were closed but the truck was left and the keys were delivered in person by me the next day.(Monday September 14th) Jackie (my husband) spoke to *** and told him "I think the horn blew a fuse because it does not work and neither does my 4xand my electric mirrors and reverse light are not working either
7.Jackie called back on September 17th and spoke to Jessie himselfJessie said "I'm glad you called because *** did not write down what you said or your phone number, so I really did not understand what was going on with your truck."
Jackie has been in contact with *** *** at least 2x a week the whole time the truck has been there
9. They were paid CASH upon the completion of the installation of the hubs and the horn
With that being said, THEY STILL HAVE MY *** TRUCK AND I AM STILL WITHOUT A VEHICLE.
Live your life with acceptance, not expectance

Regards,

The truck is mine and in my name
answer- We dont have any information regarding this
My husband took the truck up there and dropped it off
answer-the truck was dropped off while we were not there and no information was left with truck
3. The Ford Dealership did not touch the truck, everI went to the dealership to ask if they would install the parts that were purchasedThey said they would not because they were aftermarket parts, not factory answer-The information we were given is after taking it to the dealership the truck was messed up and wasnt working correctly after being at the dealershipThis is why we installed a transmission(that customer provided)The truck was in perfect working order when it was dropped off at *** ***I just wanted then to install some hubs and a horn (They were paid for this)
answer-the truck was not in perfect condition and thats why it was dropped off(see info to #3)We also installed the front hubs(provided by customer) while it was hereAfter installation of the hubs and horn, my 4xdid not work anymore and neither did the horn, my reverse lights and electric mirrors.
answer-all the parts worked, it was dropped off covered in mud with these new issuesIf they did not work why wasnt the truck dropped off before or not taken due to being not finishedI took the truck BACK to then on a Sunday September They were closed but the truck was left and the keys were delivered in person by me the next day.(Monday September 14th) Jackie (my husband) spoke to *** and told him "I think the horn blew a fuse because it does not work and neither does my 4xand my electric mirrors and reverse light are not working either answer-All customers that drop vehicles off fill out a customer sheet, non was filled out by herWe did not hear from Jackie for weeks to know what we needed to do with the truckIf fuses blew why are we accused of not installing hubs properly?
7.Jackie called back on September 17th and spoke to Jessie himselfJessie said "I'm glad you called because *** did not write down what you said or your phone number, so I really did not understand what was going on with your truck."
answer-She doesnt have accurate info once again because he stopped by and it wasnt till then that we had a correct phone number or info on what was going on with the truckJackie has been in contact with *** *** at least 2x a week the whole time the truck has been there answer-yes we have spoken to jackie several times(not 2x aweek, since he works off shore)
9. They were paid CASH upon the completion of the installation of the hubs and the horn answer- I would see this as response to the truck was completed and not as she has claimed
With that being said, THEY STILL HAVE MY *** TRUCK AND I AM STILL WITHOUT A VEHICLEFinal answer- These claims are being made be someone that has no direct information and knowledge of all repair information about this vehicleMaking constant claims that only seem to slander and produce information about our work and information about the truckIm not sure why she feels the need to harass and slander our businessWe work on each vehicle as they are scheduled in and/or dropped offWe have put this one ahead of others to help resolve this constant slander and harassmentWe have also informed them they are welcome to pick up the truck at any time they wishthe work being done is for electrical issues and there is no set time on how long it takes to resolve an electrical issueNeedless to say the reason its here is not a result of our previous workThe multiple claims that she has made are incorrect, and considered slander

We received the customers truck for transmission work during the holidays and was not able to proceed with it until after the holidays and warehouse's we use were reopenedWe proceeded with getting a unit rebuilt for his *** transmission and shipped down to usWe used a transmission shop, that
we trusted, to handle the entire process since it was not a common performance unit that we commonly deal withThe process was long and frustrating for as we were continually on hold for parts for the transmission to be built Once the unit was ready we were told it had electrical issues and we found out that it had been out sourced again for those issuesOnce the truck was back and in the hands of the owner we had done further engine work for him and kept him on the road and workingOnce we were called about the transmission issue in *** we stayed in contact with the customer while contacting the transmission company about what was happeningThe transmission company arranged to have the truck towed to be looked at to see what the issue was at a location in ***Once the transmission company was informed that it needed to be replaced it was arranged to be transported back down here and replaced by warranty through the transmission companyWe were in contact with a corporate member of the transmission company to get this issue resolved for the customerDuring this time we stayed in contact with the customer trying to assist in resolving the issueWe were only able to relay the info that we were given from the transmission company to the customer during this timeThe transmission company dragged its feet and stalled constantly and took week to get the truck transported down to their locationWe were extremely frustrated and upset with how the corporate rep has handle the situation with little concern of fixing the problem and lack of concern of getting the customer back on the roadWe have done everything we can do to get the customer back on the road and with what he wantsWe try our hardest to make sure we give our customers the best service and trucks that perform better and last longer than expectedThe job was finally handled by the transmission company, we are still in contact with the customer to ensure quality service. We hope that the customer confirms this and retracts the complaint about us and replaces it with the company in fault

The person filing the complaint nor the owner has paid for anything for this drop off. Also their info isnt correct. They previously brought the truck in from a dealership that had damaged the truck and would not fix their damages. The owner of the truck has never purchased parts and only brought...

parts for us to install. We are not responsible for parts being faulty that we had not sold. We also warranty all of our work, so if there is an issue we fix it. Now opon first drop off the customer had us install his parts, once again we only did the labor. The truck had electrical problems when he brought it from the dealer and only wanted his parts installed not repairing all problems. We installed a transmission that was shipped from him and parts for his front axle, all which are installed and functioning correctly. As for this drop off the customer dropped it off without leaving any information and we attempted to get ahold of him for 4 weeks without a response. Once he contacted us and listed what he wanted he was put in line, we have many vehicles that were already scheduled before him. He wants his electrical system figured out which isnt any easy task and we have worked on the electrical in between jobs to attempt to speed his process up. So a complaint not from the owner doesnt seem that fair considering that its also making false claims. Please contact me for any further questions regarding the situation.

I dont want to say anything bad against a customer but this is incorrect. We were in touch and I have proof of email conversation on the day this was filed. The part ordered had a 2 week back order and the customer knew about it. We even moved his order to the front of the line to help him out. We...

cant block calls so I dont know where that comes from. we do receive a high volume of calls and sometimes cant catch all of them. I did throw in some extra parts that counteracted the cost of shipping just to resolve any misunderstandings. We try our hardest to take care of each person the best we can, our reviews show that. I feel like the issue could have been brought up in the email and been resolved without filling a complaint. The email conversation on the same day this was filled did not indicate any problems. I hope that we can continue to help out the customer with any further parts they may need. We will even throw in a discount to handle any misunderstanding.

This is rediculous I swapped over the crank girdle and it is to tight now I should not have to be doing this I paid for a motor that is supposed to be built right! I want a full refund or a lot more than 800$ back or I will be getting a lawyer! I do not want to send it back and have to wait 3 plus weeks to get it back!Regards,

Date Sent: 2/15/2016 10:46:22 AMWe have not received a call or email about what the new issue of something being to tight. We cant help or resolve something without correct information. We are more than willing to help and resolve the customers issue but if no information or communication is made how can we help him. I can only assume that the customer is referring to the bottom end holding the crank in. If they have the motor fully assembled with injectors and glow plugs the crank will be harder to turn over because the cylinders with have compression, making if harder. If this is not the case maybe the bottom end was over torqued but once again we cant help if we are not informed.
