Review: My complaint is almost identical to the initial one. I ordered a doorbell from Modern Doorbells on 5/11/13 and immediately received a confirmation email. Since that time I have not received any more communication from the company nor the product I ordered. I have sent follow up emails on 5/21/13 and 6/5/13 with no response. Ive also looked up the company phone number on the internet and left a voicemail on 5/24/13 with no call back.Desired Settlement: Having the product I ordered shipped to me would be the ideal settlement. If not, I would like to know my credit card information is safe. Also, it would be nice to know if this company isnt in business any longer to at least state that on their website so no one else would be in my situation.

Review: I ordered a doorbell chime April 11, 2013, when I placed the order I was under the impression that it would be delivered within 10 days. I tried contacting customer service several times and have not gotten any response. Their website does not have a phone number, but I was able to get a number listed to their address. I left messages and still no response. I tried contacting again this past weekend indicating that if I did not get a response from them I would be contacting the Revdex.com. I have not yet been charged for the purchase, but they have my visa number. I was just trying to get information on my order. I no longer wish to do business with them but I can not get ahold of anyone to cancel my order.Desired Settlement: Cancellation of order

Review: Emailed an inquiry about a product in mid-June. Received no response. For time reasons I went ahead and ordered the product on June 25. Besides a confirmation from [redacted] that the card cleared, no communication has yet been received from the merchant. I have emailed both addresses listed on the merchant's website for assistance (http://www.moderndoorbells.com/pages/contact-us) and also left at least two messages on the toll free number provided by [redacted] in the transaction confirmation. No response yet about expected delivery. I checked my credit card account and the amount is on hold; the transaction has not yet cleared.Desired Settlement: -An apology and explanation for the merchant's failure to respond

-The product, only if the company guarantees it will refund my money if the product is found to be defective in 30 days, per their web site.

-An exact date the product will ship and a tracking number

-and, an answer to my original question that I left on voicemail.
