The business response is found below: Magical Memories Entertainment provides photo booths all over the tri-state area at hundreds of venues and has never had a situation like this occur beforeIt is the company's goal to ensure the success of each engagement and to provide optimal customer service.Although this client had not apprised us of her concerns nor given us an opportunity to provide a timely resolution, we are happy to address them now.Magical Memories was contracted to provide an open air photo booth on March *, for the [redacted] at [redacted] at [redacted] ***The client was informed that the attendant staffing the photo booth would arrive early and have the booth ready to start by her event's 5:start timeAlthough only one attendant is usually provided to staff the booth and assist guests with the operation of the booth, we provided two experienced attendants due to the size of the event at no additional cost to the client, who stayed with the booth the entire eventThey arrived at approximately 5:and the booth was up and running on timeGuests who arrived early and wanted to begin using the booth prior to the scheduled start time lined up and were allowed to start using the booth at 5:30, the contracted start timeTo ensure that all the guests in line were able to get photos, we continued to provide services at the booth beyon d the contract end time at no additional costDue to the high volume of guests, our staff was able to divide their responsibilities so that one helped direct the line and the other worked with the guests in the booth as neededOur booths have multiple self-selection options which add time and complexity to the experienceThe only request received by our staff from this client half-way through the event was to stop letting people choose from the various options; the host specifically asked the staff to provide just one optionOur staff complied and began choosing the options for the guestsAt no time were the services, time or knowledge of these staff members questioned during the event.Clients are informed prior to the event that in addition to providing photos at the event, a complete set will also be sent via [redacted] and be available to downloadThose photos are available for download for days after they are sent and a follemail is sent from [redacted] days before the link expires to remind the recipient about the photo link.Although we include photo booth pictures on our social media site after many of our events as a courtesy, which allows guests to see them and retrieve an online copy if the link goes down or photos are lost, we generally do not post them if pictures from the event include young children to protect their privacy unless we are authorized otherwise.Since our next contact from this client occurred on May ***, which was days after the event and beyond the period in which the photos would have been available, the window within which the client had an opportunity to download them had passedWe would have preferred an opportunity to retrieve these pictures but in the interim have installed a software update from the photo booth manufacturer and no longer have any legacy photos stored on the booth's hard drive.As soon as the client had communicated via email on May ***, our office manager provided an immediate response that she would look into thisThe client was later informed of the situation and our records do not show any further communication after this.Although we did everything in accordance with our contractual agreement, we value our clients and stand behind our product, and are willing to work with the client to provide a reasonable resolutionDue to the circumstances cited above, digital copies of the photos are not available, so a refund of $375, as requested by the client, will be sent to the client on July **, with a copy of this letter of explanation.Sincerely,Magical Memories Entertainment Staff

Magical Memories Entertainment did our wedding and we had a lovely experience with themThe gentleman who ran our photo booth was polite and helpfulThe Dj played good music and worked with our venue to figure out a timeline for the nightIn the end we had an amazing dayCheers
