this just has to say so. We took the shirts back and used ink remover as best we could. As for the tailoring, the customer was advised to try the pants on and not just estimate the hem length and how much to let the pants out. He refused. When he returned the tailor adjusted the pants for him while he waited. This man is abusive and I do not want him as a customer. In a store full of customers he called my manager a.....
