I agree, but what I disagree with is the threat of violence that supposively took place yet was never brought to my attention until this e-mailI did receive a call from *** on Tuesday the 19th at 7:40pm to complete the job, but have not heard from him since then

Once contract was signed , it was agreed with homeowner that I was to sub roofing work out to her son and I did. Everything was as planed and I furnished all roofing materials and they were roof loaded and her son started as planned. At no fault to anyone it was just her son alone roofing and his...

"crew" and plan for dump trailer didn't come through the first day and half the roof was removed at that ime. Also I remember very well that forecast had promising rain for days to come... So I made the decision to put my usual crew on the job as soon as possible and that was the next day.. they completed the job that day and were paid for labor on roof.. My crew told me they were missing the turbines to replace and that's when we noticed that the ridge vent had been MIA,and they replaced the ridge as it was before without ridgevent .. after investigating the missing material it was determined that It was in fact delivered and loaded with rest of material on roof. After paying my crew her son and I went to homedepot and purchased what I believed to,be the last of material needed for roof.. exception of turbines witch I had promised to replace. Because at that time I thought I may have failed to have order ridge vent ...I paid for material for roof, I supplied power washer and paint for,complete home since then. And paid for labor to assist her son.  And I've paid her son although he has at his request not been compensated for all his work because of confusion and he just wanted to help his mother which I believe to be true.. but I have paid him some.. . I also paid for window. But I ceased contact and work because I have been threatened with violence and I don't feel safe going over to home and I have expressed this to homeowner. I did make appointments to come look at roof but did not show up.. Because of uncertainty..I just don't trust the situation and I would like to clear it up asap but labor and material has been paid in excess. I would very much like to clear this situation up. And at no way would I take advantage of elderly woman. In fact I personally gave homeowner cash at one point because of a situation she told me about. I'm sorry about saying that because I promised her I would not tell anyone about that so that she could not be taken advantage of.. So inleu of being accused of taking advantage of just that of what I tried to protect.. it only seems necessary. I still do understand why homeowner feels this way..  but I truly feel threatened and I feel that I'm definitely out of proposed timelines at this point but I want nothing more,than to complete repairs properly.
