Clyde was hired to review a contract from a PCDM by the name of Covenant Counselors located at 200 S. Wilcox Street #502 Castle Rock, Colorado 80104 720 271 3337. The PCDM had his own contract which was several pages.
08/13/2020 Clyde entered an appearance on the case. 08/21/2020 Clyde emailed Covenant Counselors and asked that a copy of the said agreement be emailed to him. 08/24/2020 I received a copy of the documents from Clyde that contained the contract that needed to be signed from Covenant Counselors. 08/31/2020 I emailed the completed forms. 09/09/2020 I made the changes that Clyde suggested to the documents.09/24/2020 Clyde emailed Covenant Counselors and Rebecca Pepin stating he submitted the intake form09/29/2020 Clyde instructed me to re-do the PCDM agreement09/29/2020 Clyde spoke to his boss about getting rid of PCDM09/30/2020 Clyde called me to tell me he wants to remove the PCDM after he called the PCDM condescending10/01/2020 Clyde spoke to his boss again about removing the PCDM10/01/2020 Louisa approved the removal of the PCDM10/05/2020 Clyde asked me to redo the PCDM agreement again10/12/2020 Clyde spoke to his boss about keeping the current PCDM10/15/2020 Clyde took my initial PCDM intake and he had his paralegal rewrite it for a 3rd time.10/16/2020 Clyde called me said he had the PCDM intake form completed10/21/2020 Clyde said he once again re wrote the initial PCDM intake form10/22/2020 Clyde said he reviewed the initial take in form for deficiencies 10/22/2020 I signed the forms that finally were completed by Clyde 10/23/2020 Clyde finally emailed the material to Covenant Counselors11/02/2020 Clyde emailed Covenant Counselors11/02/2020 Covenant Counselors emailed Clyde and told him the forms where not complete11/16/2020 Clyde spoke to his boss about modifying the already signed contract that initial received on 08/21/202011/16/2020 Clyde calls Rebecca Pepin about getting rid of Covenant Counselors11/18/2020 Clyde told me to resign the agreement with Covenant Counselors11/19/2020 Clyde’s boss reviews the contract with Covenant Counselors11/20/2020 Resigned agreement with Covenant Counselors11/30/2020 Clyde meets with his boss about the Covenant Counselors12/18/2020 Received call from Clyde regarding asking me if Covenant Counselors contacted me12/30/2020 Clyde requested a meeting with Covenant Counselors it was denied01/10/2020 Sean McAndrew said he couldn’t speak to Covenant Counselors because they haven’t received the proper paper from Clyde11/11/2020 After the canceled meeting Clyde sent me the paperwork so that Sean could speak to Covenant Counselors.
Clyde Zamir charged me 14K to review a 6 page simple document. In addition he called Philip Hendrix the owner of Covenant Counselors a “douche bag” and “condescending” blaming Covenant Counselors .
1. Billing for Inappropriate Phone Calls and Sexual Harassment most of the comments below are from one phone call I have plenty more
10/21/2020 – Clyde called me to talk to me about his personal life he billed me hundreds of dollars for his inappropriate and sexually harassing statements. In addition Clyde asked me to send him a sexually explicit video and the entire staff at Modern Family Law reviewed it in a meeting and made in fun of my divorce case.
“Chinese friend she is not the smartest person in the world”
“I’m for all immigrants as long as they are willing to pay for it”
“If you want a certain type of girl you have to be accommodating”
“Maybe you should go to Jordan and get married”
“You know they have dating apps for people who are looking for things”
“I can insult a women and get that women to date me”
“The girls in China are just not use to talking about where you like you like it”
“You would probably get slapped”
“I didn’t just want to rub off in his house”
“I wasn’t crazy about that girl she was strict and formal”
“She was like really great not overly stubborn or anything and we bonded really well”
“Right so hurt that they were that stupid which I call the Jewish response”
“The only clients I do well with are drug addicts that want to pretend not to have drug problems”
“I am not going to say a drug addict is innocent to a judge”
“I’m paranoid of women judges”
“90% of parents loose custody because they are drug addicts”
“My ethics professor in Florida was trying to run for judge and the women he ran against was completely incompetent her name is Becca Tiffany”
“My last boss was bat[censored] crazy and a psychopathic narcissist I think you know he had Alzheimer’s he was a lying piece of s[censored]”

4. This firm charges clients twice. They are reselling legal services within their own company for example when the attorneys confer with other attorneys in the firm you are billed for the work the first attorney performed than an additional fee if the attorney talks to another attorney at the firm about your case.
