We do not have this problem on an everyday basis, but the holiday really through our
schedules off.

During the Valentines Holiday, we source out our delivery drivers and telephone staff. In no way, would we want our company to be represented by people as stated in the customer's complaint.

unprofessional responses from the driver and those on the telephone.We did, today, deliver to her mother 2 boxes of [redacted] chocolates with a note of apology from us.
To the purchaser, I apologize for the terrible service you received during a very important holiday. It definitely is not the standard by which we do business. There was a refund for the entire amount that was charged.
To clarify I contacted my credit card company and put a dispute in and they refunded me the money on their side... this was long before I received any phone call back from the florist. Thank you.
