[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: I am rejecting: This is in response to Morder Fords statement as of August 24thBased on the miss information that I have been told starting on June 29th with charging for work that had not been performed and also stating that a refund would go ahead and take placeTo the next time we had dealings with them on July when my boyfriend spoke with Jordan [redacted] and it was determined that refunds are not given back on a debit card and he stated" a check had been issued to her directly", to myself talking to Brian on August 15th and Brian telling me that the check had not been issued due to not having a mailing addressI have him my mailing address and he stated that the check would be issued August and would be here in 3-daysIt has been days and still have not received a check Modern Ford of Boone has not come up with thing that they said they were going to doIt has been a total of eight weeks today since all this has taken place and nothing been resolvedThis is also the first time I have heard of them stating that they did not break the piece on the dashAgain as of August 15th when speaking with Brian I asked about the broken piece and said I had not heard anything and he said " I am still trying to figure out what happened." My question is how can you figure out what happened weeks later after having seen multiple cars in between! All of this is why I am rejecting theirs response Regards, Alicia [redacted]

Money has in fact been fully refundedPart has been ordered however will be a delay due to age of vehicle Please note the piece in the dash was not broken on our watch but because of our error we didn't argue and decided to comp the piece anyway WE WIlL contact client when part

I am rejecting: This is in response to Morder Fords statement as of August 24th. Based on the miss information that I have been told starting on June 29th with charging for work that had not been performed and also stating that a refund would go ahead and take place. To the next time we had dealings with them on July 11 when my boyfriend spoke with Jordan [redacted] and it was determined that refunds are not given back on a debit card and he stated" a check had been issued to her directly", to myself talking to Brian on August 15th and Brian telling me that the check had not been issued due to not having a mailing address. I have him my mailing address  and he stated that the check would be issued August 16 and would be here in 3-5 days. It has been 9 days and still have not received a check Modern Ford of Boone has not come up with 1 thing that they said they were going to do. It has been a total of eight weeks today since all this has taken place and nothing been resolved. This is also the first time I have heard of them stating that they did not break the piece on the dash. Again as of August 15th when speaking with Brian I asked about the broken piece and said I had not heard anything and he said " I am still trying to figure out what happened." My question is how can you figure out what happened 7 weeks later after having seen multiple cars in between! All of this is why I am rejecting theirs response.
